He Giant Schnauzer is the larger, stronger image of the standard schnauzer. He has a long, powerful head and a muscular jaw. Eyes are oval and dark. Ears are docked and set high. Neck is very thick, with a healthy nape. His front legs should be perpendicular. Tail docked at the third vertebra. Coat should be hard and bristly with a woolly undercoat.
