Appearance
The French Bulldog is a small dog. He has a strong, square head with a short pug nose and loose black lips that cover its teeth; a broad, powerful muzzle; and a very pronounced stop. Eyes are dark, round, and slightly protruding. Ears are broad at the base and rounded at the tips, carried erect. Neck is without a dewlap. He has a barrel chest, with rounded ribs. Tail is docked, carried low. Hair is smooth, shiny, soft.
